The Catalyst Awards support researchers to take an entrepreneurial approach, using their research to create impactful and scalable products and services that improve later life.

Award winners gain a £62,500 grant from UKRI (from a total fund of £1.25m for this round) and a structured programme of personal development, product and enterprise support from Zinc. Our application process is designed to be supportive and to help you develop your ideas. Over 50 researchers have benefited from being part of our cohorts so far.
